Relocation of Silver Heights Park and its accessibility to the entire community
Status and ownership of the existing parks and amenities
Maintaining the Strathearn character of tree-lined streets
Opportunity to develop multi-use (active and passive) green areas that will encourage greater use of the park spaces by all age groups
Integration of the development with the existing community
Size and uses of a new community building
Connections to the broader community and the river valley
